That is why a portion of all profits support mental health nonprofits, and why I offer mental health-centered projects and optional shoots for those navigating tough seasons. Because it shouldn’t just be beautiful, it should mean something too!

Hi, I am Abbi - The eye and heart behind Lens Theory!
I've always believed in the power of photography to freeze time, tell stories, and hold a meaning. No matter the photo, my goal is always the same: To create images that feel alive!
Photography started as a creative outlet for me, a way to see the world differently. But over time, it became something deeper.
As someone who is passionate about mental health. I am currently earning a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and that journey has shaped how I see people, emotions, and the power of safe spaces. That's why I created Lens Theory, not just as photography business, but as something with heart behind the lens.
This is my way of giving back and bridging the gap between art and advocacy
